- Payments made for development, design, or consultation are non-refundable

- A valid reason is provided within 24 hours of payment
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours (if work has not started)
- After project initiation, cancellation is not allowed
4. Service-Based Nature
Since our services are digital and customized:
- No physical returns are applicable
- No exchange or return policy applies
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Legal action
- Permanent service suspension
